Grayford's In Store Return and Refund Policy

  • All sales on antiques, vintage home items and clothing, and décor are non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the receipt by Grayford's.
  • All new clothing and new home merchandise in unworn, unused (otherwise perfect condition) with original tags attached along with the in-store purchase receipt will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase date as stated on receipt for store credit or exchange only.
  • Returns for store credit or exchange are only available on Tellason, Merz b. Schwanen, Mister Freedom, and RRL items within the 14 days of original purchase date as stated on receipt.
  • Our vintage and antique items are always final sale and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and without store credit.  In addition, all sale items, discount items, or special orders are always final sale and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and without store credit.
  • A non-refundable deposit will hold an item for 21 days. Items not paid for in full and picked up within 21 days may be re-tagged for sale at the option of the seller.
  • All dealer sales must include a completed NJ ST-3 form.

Grayford's Online Return and Refund Policy

  • All sales on antiques, vintage home items and clothing, and décor are non-refundable and non-returnable unless otherwise noted on the receipt by Grayford's.
  • Eligible full price merchandise (all new clothing and new home merchandise) in unworn, unused (otherwise perfect condition) with original tags attached will be accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days from the date of USPS delivery date receipt to the customer.
  • Eligible returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.  
  • Returns for store credit or exchange are only available on Tellason, Merz b. Schwanen, Mister Freedom, and RRL items within the 14 days from the date of the online order's USPS delivery date receipt to the customer.
  • Online order returns for store credit will be issued for the full item value paid, less the return shipping charge.  Once your return is received and inspected, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the customer's store credit number.  This credit can be used online or in store at Grayford's.
  • To request a return for any "eligible full price merchandise" online order as stated above,  please email us at support@grayfords1931.com. 
    • Once you’ve received email confirmation approving your request, we will provide you with the shipping information including address and additional important details.  
    • All online orders returned for store credit or exchange must be mailed back to Grayford’s with tracking number within 14 days of the online order's USPS delivery date receipt of the package to the customer.
    • Our vintage and antique items are always final sale and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and without store credit.  In addition, all sale items, discount items, or special orders are always final sale and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and without store credit.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping the return item back within the 14 days of original receipt of item. 
    • Shipping costs on items purchased online and being returned are also the customer's responsibility and are not refunded.
    • The customer is responsible for providing a tracking number upon shipment of the return to Grayford's via email to support@grayfords1931.com.  
    • Grayford's recommends insuring the package for the full value of the product contained within.  Grayford's is not responsible for missing packages or damage of returned goods in transit.
    • Upon receipt of the returned item by Grayford's, Grayford's will contact the customer to inform receipt and process the store credit or the exchange.  Any questions can be directed to support@grayfords1931.com or 973.769.6470.
  • All dealer sales must include a completed NJ ST-3 form.
